Twin Shores was founded by HR practitioners who spent years inside fast-growing companies — navigating the chaos of rapid hiring, multi-state expansion, and the compliance landmines that come with both. We saw firsthand how much time, money, and energy businesses wasted trying to figure out HR on their own.
We started Twin Shores to change that. Our model is simple: bring enterprise-grade HR expertise directly to the businesses that need it most — small and mid-sized companies with big ambitions and limited bandwidth.
